See your dog or cat's name in lights! Well, maybe not in lights, but at least at the top of our newsletter!
Is your pet cute? Sweet? Fun? Amazing? Tell us about it! We're looking for a great pets. Winners will receive stardom on top of our newsletter and get their own web page, plus their own star-like bio posted at our web site. They may even get their photo airbrushed like the stars do.
Here's what we're looking for...
We're looking for the pet who will look great on top of our newsletter, but even more importantly, we're looking for pets to love!
Here's how to join:
Post a photo of your dog or cat on our Facebook wall for the "Newsletter Star", along with his or her name and your city and state. Feel free to tell us anything else you want about your pet... how you met, what makes her unique, what his funny quirks are, what you love about each other... that sort of thing. Don't be afraid to lay it on thick, we love pets as much as you do!
Make sure you use the word "My Newsletter Star" on the post caption
Share the page with your friends and invite them to become fans
Tell your friends to "LIKE" your post. Our judges will choose a winner based in part on how many Likes your pet gets.
If you don't win the first time you can participate again if the contest starts over. Your friends can invite their friends too and you can keep going until you win.
Winners will be notified on Facebook (and email if we have your address)
The Winner's pet will get a moment of fame as the Star of our email newsletter with his or her photo on the top, plus his or her own web page at our web site complete with photo and bio (see rules below).
Please be sure your pets are not put in an unsafe or uncomfortable situation for the photo. We always want safe, happy pets!!
Rules:
No purchase necessary. To participate in this contest just post your pet's photo at our Facebook page. No money will be paid to participants or winners, but if we use your pet's name and/or photo in our newsletter he or she will enjoy a moment of fame, get his or her own web page , complete with a star-like bio! (Newsletter photos, web pages and bio's subject to availability.)
A perfect submission will include your pet's first name, age, breed (if applic), city and state, how you found each other, his or her habits, health issues, friends, foes, disciplinary challenges, tricks, talents, what other pets he or she may live with and where they came from, his or her interesting habits or preferences, likes and dislikes, and anything else that you think we'd like to know about your special furry friend.
Please enter only once for each pet but feel free to post more than one pet if you have more than one. You can keep entering as long as we have contests until you win, but please stop entering a pet who wins so others can have a chance.
