We will ship your order on a “best effort” basis using the shipping option(s) you choose. Shipping charges will be included in your total when you place your order. We ship most orders within 1-2 business days for items that are in-stock, however, in some circumstances it may take longer. Some orders are shipped the same day they’re received. In most cases you will not be charged until your order is in stock and able to be shipped.
Return Policy
It is important to us that you are delighted with your order when it arrives! If you're not, you may return items to us unused and undamaged within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Refunds made under this policy will be issued to the original form of payment only. Food, treats, or supplements that have been opened are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Wrong Items or Damaged Items
We try hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time, but if your order arrives with incorrect item(s) or damaged merchandise, please notify us by phone, fax or email immediately so that we can make arrangements to replace it for you right away. If you don't inform us that your package arrived with incorrect or damaged merchandise within ten (10) days from the day we shipped your order, we'll assume your order arrived accurately filled and undamaged.
Address Errors
If we ship your package to an address that you did not submit to us on your order, we will absorb all shipping charges for shipping out and returning. If your order is returned to us due to an error in the address that you provided on your order, however, we will have to charge you for the return shipping charges and shipping charges if the order will be re-sent.
How to make a return
Please package your return carefully so it does not become damaged and send it through a shipper that tracks orders, or insure it through the postal service since we cannot be responsible for returns we don’t receive. Refused Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver your order because it was refused, we will charge a $15 restocking fee plus shipping charges to your address and the return to our store.
Order cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. You may also cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If you cancel an order that has already been processed, a $15 restocking fee may apply.
